Warning about the dangers of the popular weight-loss drug "Ozempic"

Warning about the dangers of the popular weight-loss drug "Ozempic"

link

After the widespread popularity of the popular drug "Ozempic" as a magic solution for weight loss, worrying reports began to emerge highlighting its potential side effects, raising questions about the balance between its benefits and risks.

A report published by the British newspaper, the Daily Mail, revealed a new side effect of the drug, dubbed "Ozempic foot."

According to the newspaper, the commonly used weight-loss drug causes significant sagging of the skin on the feet.

The newspaper quoted doctors as saying they had observed that taking Ozempic led to significant fat loss and water retention, affecting areas such as the soles of the feet, which contain a sensitive layer of subcutaneous fat.

Doctors attribute "Ozempic foot" to the thin skin on the top of the foot, which contains less fat. With the drug, wrinkles and veins become more visible.

A New York Post report cited a photo of TV host Sharon Osbourne, who lost nearly 19 kilograms thanks to Ozempic.

Osbourne appeared in a photo, and her fans noticed large wrinkles on her feet, which they attributed to her taking the medication.

Previous reports have highlighted side effects of Ozempic, such as nausea, vomiting, constipation, diarrhea, and fatigue, as well as thyroid cancer, pancreatitis, stomach paralysis, and hearing and vision loss.

Alaffia Neem and Shea Butter Scalp Recovery Shampoo

After many months of searching I have a found a shampoo that will replace Head n Shoulders.

It is all natural and I really like the company behind the product as well.  See below

This particular shampoo is for "scalp recovery" or for dry or flaky scalp which is the trouble I have. It also has Rosemary, Tea Tree, and Lavender Oils.

Alaffia uses Fair Trade Shea butter and most of the products are hand made. The provide community employment and give back to communities in Africa, where the Neem and Shea Butter in this product come from.

I bought mine at Whole Foods and while it is not a 2 for $5 brand, lol, I think it is well worth buying and using and it gives great results and it doesn't take much too much product to use at one time so it will last for a while.

I hope that helps!

Fiber is Your Friend For Weightloss and Cleansing

Fiber for Weightloss?  Sure!

Increasing the amount of Fiber in your diet can definitely aid in weight loss when you are, of course doing the other things like drinking plenty of water, not over eating, and ... a little exercise wouldn't hurt either.

It's not always easy to get fiber in our diet because the foods that contain the most fiber are not typically in our diets.  Watch this video below to see how I supplement my diet with fiber.  and then there is some info below the video as well.

Fiber  moves quickly and relatively easily through your digestive tract and helps it function properly. A high-fiber diet may also help reduce the risk of obesity, heart disease and diabetes. And these are all things I am at risk of and want to keep out of my life.
For a  look at the fiber content of some common foods.  click the link below:
Per the Mayo Clinic:  Women should try to eat at least 21 to 25 grams of fiber a day, while men should aim for 30 to 38 grams a day.
The fiber supplement I take is below:

You should find one that has the "things" in it you like but this one was recommended to me and I have been taking it for over a year now.

BUT, with any supplement you buy make sure the first ingredient listed on the label is the actual ingredient you are seeking. For example the other day I went to buy some pomegranate juice and the first ingredient was filtered water! I was like really?  Anyway like I said in the video my favorite Fiber supplement was a drink called bodychoice, you can buy it at costco and maybe it won't effect your stomach, but I drank it for years and loved it until they reformulated it.
See it below:

Thanks for stopping by, I hope this was helpful, come back soon.

Do You Eat Pork? Read This NOW!

Eating pork has always gotten a bad rap, well at least since I've been alive! lol

Although many of our most treasured memories include dinner tables starring a cooked ham, bad press, and nutrition awareness almost makes us feel guilty for indulging in "the other white meat." Remember that media campaign they ran for a while?

Well watch my video below to see why I believe concerned eaters need to take another look at pork and pork products in the future if this deal goes through.

VIDEO HERE

Smithfield Foods negotiating a landmark deal to sell his pork company to a Chinese meat producer in May with  Shuanghui International with Continental Grain Company.

Below is the article telling about the 16,000 dead pigs in the rive that is pronounced hung-poo

http://www.popsci.com/science/article/2013-03/can-you-really-still-drink-water-shanghai

And this video below talks about the business of the deal
I know it's a long video  just fast forward to 18:30 thru 28:30  very important info from a business professional

The portion of the video above that references the China Smithfield deal is from 18:30 to 25:00

Again, I'm not saying don't eat pork, I'm just saying to learn more about where your pork comes from.

Thanks for watching, come back often!
