After the Gumbo Party
http://loseweightnowtv.isagenix.com After the Gumbo Party at which I ate 2 small bowls of Gumbo and more pieces of chicken then I care to mention, I am really focused this week as it is a week of my Isagenix Program. I use the 9 day program because I can actually stick to it. I'm still doing the 2 minute ab routine and my leg magic 3 times a day for a minute each time.

1 Reason I'm Fat
There are many reasons we gain weight. Some people believe it is hereditary and there's nothing you can do about it. And I really hate those commercials that tell us it's not our fault that we're fat. Most of the reasons, this is just what I believe, that we as people are overweight is we are hiding some type of pain, and trying to drown out that hurt with food. We're unhappy about something and eating feels good, so we do it. Over and over again. For others it's just a wrong ratio of eating to exercise. For me, it's a little of both. I am coming off a very traumatic last 2 years of my life, in which I over ate and did not exercise. But I recognize this and that is why I'm making the steps to lose this 100 pounds. So enjoy this video.

The Dawn Keye Diet
This made me laugh so I wanted to share it with you.
Finally....a diet that really works.
A friend of mine, a nurse, who has done a lot of research about dieting, had given me information about the various popular diets including Atkins, Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, and the South Beach Diet.
She then mentioned a diet about which I hadn't heard previously, but which she insists works for almost everyone. It's called the Dawn Keye Diet.
