Finally ! 20 pounds Down

Finally I have lost 20 pounds!
It took me 5 months and that is just too slow. I'm really trying to lose fat naturally but this is rediculous! I exercise regularly, but I think I should focus more on what I'm eating. Tune in next week and hopefully I will have lost another 2 pounds. Bless and be blessed! Tish visit my blog too.

  1. Hey girl, i just found your video on youtube.com and i just wanted to tell u that you have to try tony horton's 10 minute trainer. I do 3 tapes a night, have two kids and weight 235, started at 255. The results are great and it makes you feel great. My sister who is 155lbs, lightweight. lol, she does the p90x, and she couldnt even get through those 3 months. i tried those workouts and they are nuts. If your just starting out, i recommend that you start with the 10 minute at 3 tapes a day. You will see results. I hope that you keep doing your video's, i would love to see how your journey is going...someone that i could keep along with. Good luck.
