Just Some Random Thoughts, I'm Nervous About My Weigh In Tomorrow

Well I'm really nervous about my weigh in tomorrow. I was really bad over the weekend, mother's day, and I really tried to just stick to salad but it didn't work. I had lots of salt, chips and salsa, cheeseburger, ice cream, I'm sure I'm leaving stuff out, oh yeah some candy too. I did have a great mother's day though!

But the eating didn't stop there. I really had a lot of pasta this week. I think 3 days in a row Just some angel hair pasta with some organic spaghetti sauce, some chopped onions and green bellpeppers. No meat, and maybe that was the problem I should have put some meat in the pasta. But whatever, add to that I had maybe a cup full of ice cream 2 nights this week. I did have strawberries and bananas in the ice cream!

My workouts this week have been fun and full of energy. I used the Nintendo My Fitness Coach. But, Maya, the fitness coach, she really kicked up the workout this week. You see, the program has points where she stops and asks you how you felt about the workout, a) No sweat, b) I was working hard, or c) I couldn't keep up. Well, last week I chose no sweat on the sections. So, this week she has increased the workouts, we did some new exercise, new yoga poses, and it was a challenge, but that is the point right? to challenge myself to lose weight and get healthier. So, I'm really glad I chose to ask for the tougher workout. It's almost really like having a trainer!

I'm still walking the dog, and doing my Leg Magic machine 3 times a day for 60 seconds as well. I did not use the tread mill, but I did add a new 2 minute Ab workout to my program. This ab workout is free, it's on youtube, click here, and try it. Who doesn't have 2 minutes for a flatter, sexier ab section?
