Does the "Paleo Diet Work"

Yes it does!  I have seen it personally with my own eyes.  Watch the video below and then under that video I have links to the 2 sites I talk about in the video.




This is a really good site to learn about the Paleo Diet and he has some pretty good recipies too.

I am in no way affiliated with either of those websites, I'm just passing on some info I believe will help you if you choose to start living a "paleo lifestyle".

10/16/2012 I was in the grocery store today and look what I saw!


So, there is a strong following for this lifestyle, which means there is  a lot of support and free support as well which is always helpful.  Just fyi.  Oh yeah and the store was .... Whole foods of course!

Also, here are a list of foods which in the good ole' USA are typically GMO'd or genetically modified organism or foods that are genetically engineered and proven to be dangerous to not only the person that eats it but even to the offspring(s) of that person.  (Yes there is proof go look it up!)

Soybeans, so read the label of your favorite foods and guess what? There is soy or soybean or soy lecithin in it and it is most likely the dangerous GMO soy.

Corn, particularly sweet corn, but in America 80% of corn and corn products are GMO corn and almost everything processed uses corn, so most people are eating GMO corn every day and don't even know it.

Some sugar beets, some sugar cane,

Some rice

Lots of potatoes

Some tomatoes

Canola

Papaya, 48% of papayas grown in Hawaii are GMO 

Some zuchini and some yellow squash

Peas

Almost all corn oil sold in America is GMO corn so if you are buying "vegetable" oil you are more than likely buying GMO'd corn or soybean oil.

And Monsanto and Dupont are currently working on many more foods and in our country there is no way to know if we are eating these dangerous GMO foods because they are not required to be labeled.
50 other countries (at the time of writing this article) demand that these products be labeled so at least their citizens know what they are eating.  

The best way to know if something you are eating is not GMO buy organic foods, but recently in the news even some of the brands that claim to be organic have been found to contain GMO corn or soybeans so you really have to look for NO GMO on your label or Vegan or Organic.

We have been eating GMO products for about 15 years and I believe it is no coincidence that during those 15 years we have become fatter and sicker.
